What does one video cost?
A 6-second task uses 10 credits. An 11-second task uses 20 credits. Frame shape does not change the credit cost. Each retry is a new paid generation. Check the selected duration and your balance before starting.
Is there a free version?
There are no free generation credits, including at registration. You can read the guides and watch the reference without paying. Purchases are one-time credit packs, not subscriptions, and purchased credits have no scheduled expiration.
Are failed videos refunded?
A confirmed failed generation returns its spent credits once. If a provider response is uncertain, the existing task remains under review instead of being submitted again automatically. A technically completed video with creative imperfections is different from a failed task.
A payment refund is a separate request assessed using payment status, credit use and applicable rights. Review the refund policy before purchasing.
When are credits added?
Credits are added after payment is confirmed. The final checkout shows the pack, currency and applicable charges before you pay. If generation or checkout is unavailable, purchases are paused. Check back later or contact support for help.
Is Hit the Road Dude Video free?
No. Generation requires paid credits, and registration does not include free generation credits. The Starter pack is $9.99 USD for 20 credits: two 6-second videos or one 11-second video. Credit packs are one-time purchases.
Do credits expire?
Purchased credits have no scheduled expiration. They stay attached to your account and are not transferable. Download finished videos you want to keep.
Can I mix short and full videos in one pack?
Yes. Any available credit pack can be spent on 6-second videos at 10 credits each or 11-second videos at 20 credits each, until the balance is used.
