What information is collected?
The service processes your account name and email, authentication information, uploaded photos, intermediate images created for your video, generated videos, task status, credit transactions and payment references. If you sign in with Google, Google provides the profile information needed to authenticate your account.
Payment providers process checkout and payment details. Do not send full card numbers, passwords or sign-in codes to support. Support correspondence contains the information you choose to send.
How are photos and videos used?
Your files are used to check the submission, create and deliver the requested video, maintain your private history and investigate support issues. Uploads are not published to a public gallery by default.
Processing requires sending your photo and task materials to external services. Do not upload someone else’s portrait without consent. The service is for adults and does not permit photos of minors.
Which providers process the data?
Cloudflare provides hosting, database and file storage. SeeAPI handles generation and moderation requests, and FAL handles audio composition. Providers may use their own service infrastructure and subprocessors. The active payment service handles checkout; Resend handles authentication email. Google is involved if you choose Google sign-in.
Files are shared for processing through limited-life URLs rather than an intentional public gallery. Such a URL is accessible to whoever holds it while valid; it is not a promise that providers immediately delete their copies.
Provider storage, processing locations and retention are governed by their own terms and policies. This site does not promise that every external provider excludes all submitted data from model improvement.
How long are photos kept, and how do I delete them?
There is no automated 24-hour, 7-day or 30-day deletion promise. Stored uploads remain until deleted through the available controls or a support process. In Settings → Files, deleting a stored file removes that file from this service’s storage.
Deleting an input photo or a finished video does not remove the intermediate images created during generation. Those images are stored separately, have no automatic deletion deadline and are not listed in Settings → Files. Contact support with the task reference to request their removal. External providers may retain their own copies under their retention policies.
Account deletion is available in Settings → Security. It is not a confirmation that every media object or payment record has been removed. Some task, payment and credit records may need to be retained to resolve a dispute, avoid duplicate credits or meet a recordkeeping obligation. Contact support to request additional removal and an explanation of any retained records.
Access, correction and other requests
Email support@hittheroaddudevideo.app from your account address where possible. Describe the information or files concerned and the action you need. We may need to verify your entitlement before releasing or removing information.
Depending on the law that applies, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, obtain a portable copy, withdraw consent or contact a data-protection authority. Changes to this policy are dated above.
