Agreement and eligibility
These terms apply to Hit the Road Dude Video at hittheroaddudevideo.app. By creating an account, purchasing credits or submitting a task, you agree to these terms and the linked privacy and refund policies.
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter an agreement. Use your own pet photo or a photo of a consenting adult, with the necessary rights to the image itself. Photos of minors are not permitted. A publicly visible photo is not evidence of permission.
The video service and its limits
The tool uses your photo to replace the driver in a fixed pickup scene. Available output settings are 6 or 11 seconds, 16:9 or 9:16, and 720p MP4. The template audio is added after generation.
Nano Banana 2 prepares the scene images, and Seedance 2 Mini generates the video through SeeAPI. These models are selected for this fixed template; there is no model picker.
AI can change likeness, anatomy, clothing, movement and framing. Exact identity, perfect lip sync or a particular creative outcome is not guaranteed. Processing time varies. A completed task may still contain visual imperfections.
Acceptable use
Do not create or upload pornography, sexual or intimate imagery, violence or gore, hate speech or discriminatory content, exploitation or unsafe content involving minors, deceptive deepfakes or impersonation, or content that infringes copyright, trademarks or another person’s rights. Photos of minors are not permitted.
Do not use the service for unlawful activity, harassment or fraud. Do not bypass access controls, content checks, payment rules or another account’s private files.
Inputs and outputs are subject to automated checks. Checks can reject or hold a task and can make mistakes; they do not verify age, consent or identity. You remain responsible for permission and how you use the output. Contact support if you believe a restriction is incorrect.
Report prohibited content
Report suspected violations, including another user’s content, to support@hittheroaddudevideo.app. Include the page or video URL, a task reference if available, the reason for your report and a way to contact you. Do not resend illegal material or sensitive images.
We review reports, request further details when needed and may restrict the affected content or account during the review. Confirmed violations can lead to removal or account suspension. We respond by email when we can share an outcome; review time depends on the evidence and information required.
Photos, audio and output rights
You keep rights you already hold in your submissions. You authorize processing and storage needed for your requested video, private history and support. Uploading does not grant permission to put your media in our public gallery by default.
The source recording and audio belong to their respective rights holders. Buying credits does not grant a separate license to those works or clear every publicity, copyright or trademark right. Review the rules of the platform where you share, especially for commercial use.
This is an independent creative tool, not an official product of the source creator or any platform. Label synthetic media where the context could otherwise mislead someone.
Credits and purchases
Six seconds costs 10 credits and eleven seconds costs 20 credits. There are no free registration generation credits. Credit packs are one-time purchases with no scheduled expiration; they are account-bound and not transferable.
Credits are granted after payment confirmation. Review the final price, currency and any checkout charges before paying. The pricing page lists current packs.
Failures and uncertain results
Only one unfinished task is allowed per account. A confirmed failed generation returns its spent credits once. An uncertain provider response remains under review; do not assume it failed or submit the same paid request again.
A completed result you dislike is different from a technical failure. Payment refunds are reviewed separately under the refund policy and applicable consumer rights. Starting a task does not guarantee immediate cancellation after external processing begins.
Accounts, availability and contact
Protect your account and verification codes. Provider outages and maintenance may interrupt availability. Download outputs you want to keep. We may restrict a task or account to investigate misuse, unauthorized access or a rights complaint.
Contact support@hittheroaddudevideo.app with the relevant task, file or payment reference. Do not send passwords or full payment details. Policy updates are dated above; these terms do not remove rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
