Deleting Stored Uploads and Videos in Settings
Because the service has no scheduled timer that automatically wipes user media after a set number of hours or days, your source photos and completed 720p videos remain in your account history until you remove them.
To clear individual items, open Settings → Files in your account and delete each uploaded photo or finished video you no longer want stored. Before uploading a portrait, make sure it follows our adult-only rules: only use your own pet photo or a consenting adult image you hold rights to use, and never upload photos of minors.
How to Request Removal of Intermediate Task Images
During video rendering, the workflow creates intermediate generation images that are stored separately from the primary upload and final MP4 list shown in Settings → Files. Deleting a finished clip in your dashboard does not automatically purge those intermediate processing assets.
If you want intermediate generation images removed, save your task reference and send a deletion request through our contact page or by emailing support@hittheroaddudevideo.app. Providing the exact task reference lets support locate the associated generation assets.
Default Visibility and External Processing Rules
Uploaded photos and generated videos are kept private to your account history by default and are not published to a public showcase or gallery unless you share them yourself.
Generating the pickup scene relies on external infrastructure and third-party processing providers. Those external services process media files under their own separate retention policies, and the privacy documentation does not establish zero retention, blanket model-training exclusion, or an absolute security guarantee across every third-party processor.
File Deletion, Account Closure, and Broader Removal
Each removal option covers a different scope, and closing an account alone does not confirm that every stored media object or payment record has been erased. If you want a thorough cleanup, complete the file-level steps before closing your login.
- Single-file deletion in Settings → Files removes a chosen source photo or finished MP4 from your account list.
- Support requests with a task reference target intermediate generation images created during rendering.
- Account deletion closes access, but separate media objects require manual file removal and a support request, while billing records remain subject to payment retention rules.
